Vidio ("we", "us", "the platform") is a web platform where users can earn real monetary rewards (in Ugandan Shillings) based on verified quiz performance, farming activity, and wrestling match results. Rewards are calculated exclusively from server-verified gameplay activity and are never paid or influenced by viewing, clicking, or interacting with advertisements — advertising on Vidio exists solely to help fund the platform, and is entirely separate from how users earn. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. Questions can be sent to us via the About & Contact page.
Account information you provide at registration: name, username, email address, country, and date of birth.
Monetization details you provide only when applying for payouts: phone number and payment account details, used solely to review and process approved withdrawals.
Activity data generated as you use the platform: quiz answers and scores, XP, points, streaks, achievements, farm state, and wrestling results. This is recorded server-side so rewards and leaderboards stay accurate and tamper-resistant.
Technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and general usage logs, collected automatically to keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to us in plain text.
We use third-party service providers to run Vidio, who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law, to protect the platform's users, or with your explicit consent.
Vidio displays advertising (via Google AdSense) to help fund server costs and user payouts. Viewing, clicking, or interacting with an advertisement never earns, unlocks, or affects any reward, XP, or monetization eligibility on Vidio, and we do not ask, incentivize, or require users to interact with ads in any way. All rewards are calculated solely from server-verified quiz answers, farm activity, and wrestling results, as described in our Monetization Policy. Advertising data (such as ad impressions) is processed by our advertising partner independently of, and is never combined with, our reward or payout calculations.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. If you accept our cookie banner, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to show relevant ads. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies or using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which reopens the consent banner.
We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations. Payment details submitted for a monetization application are retained only as long as needed to process and audit payouts.
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your Profile page. You can contact us to request a copy of your data, correction, or account deletion. Depending on your country, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act.
Vidio is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
