Monetization Policy

Vidio pays eligible users real Ugandan Shillings based entirely on verified quiz, farming, and wrestling performance. Vidio does not pay users, directly or indirectly, to view, click, or interact with advertisements, and advertising interaction has no effect on XP, eligibility, or payout amounts. Ads on Vidio exist only to help fund the platform's operating costs and user payouts — they are calculated and tracked completely separately from the reward system described below.

There are two ways to become eligible to apply — you only need to reach one of them:

• 1,000 verified correct answers (lifetime), or
• 50,000 XP earned within a rolling 365-day window. XP comes from correct quiz answers and from wrestling match wins/draws. Only XP earned in the trailing 365 days counts — it's a rolling window, not a lifetime total, so XP earned more than a year ago drops out of the count.

These thresholds, along with XP and point reward values, are configurable by Vidio and may change.

Only answers and matches verified by our server count toward either threshold. All XP, correct-answer counts, and match outcomes are calculated and recorded server-side — never trusted from the browser — so duplicate submissions, replayed requests, bot activity, and manipulated client requests are automatically rejected and never counted.

Reaching the threshold unlocks the ability to submit a monetization application — it does not automatically approve or guarantee payment. Every application is reviewed by an administrator before approval.

Vidio reserves the right to suspend monetization on accounts found to violate the Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
