By creating an account or using Vidio, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must provide truthful, accurate registration information, including your country and date of birth. You must meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use an online service and hold an account of this kind.

2. Acceptable use

  1. Fraud, automated answering, multi-accounting, and bot activity are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  2. Manipulating or attempting to manipulate quiz results, XP, points, or the correct-answer count is prohibited.
  3. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the service for other users.

3. Rewards and monetization

  1. Reaching 1,000 verified correct answers makes you eligible to apply for monetization — it is not a guarantee of approval.
  2. Monetization is subject to administrator review and approval, and can be revoked for policy violations.
  3. Rewards and earnings follow the platform's published, and occasionally updated, rules and reward rates.
  4. Withdrawals are processed to the payment account details you submit and may be subject to a minimum withdrawal amount and processing time.

4. Enforcement

  1. Accounts found to violate these terms may be flagged, restricted, suspended, or banned, and any pending rewards may be withheld pending investigation.
  2. You may appeal an enforcement decision through the platform's appeal process.

5. Advertising

Vidio may display third-party advertising to help fund the platform. Ads are subject to our advertising partners' own policies, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

6. Disclaimers

Vidio is provided "as is." We aim to keep the platform available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vidio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
