Answer quiz questions correctly. The server verifies every answer and awards XP and points based on the question's difficulty. You can also earn XP in the Creator section and by farming. XP from the quiz, Creator and Farming all adds up and helps you towards monetization.
You become eligible by reaching any one of three targets: 1,000 verified correct answers (recorded server-side), 50,000 XP earned in the last 365 days, or 1,000 Vidio fans in total (members who follow your Creator profile).
No. Reaching the threshold makes you eligible to apply. An administrator reviews every application before approval.
No. Questions you've recently answered are excluded from rotation, and the server enforces a cooldown before the same question can be answered again for credit.
No. There's no wagering or paid entry — you only earn by answering questions correctly.
Once your monetization application is approved, withdrawal requests become available from your Wallet, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount.
Yes — the monetization threshold, XP/point rewards and other settings are configurable and may change over time.
Twenty categories in total, spanning Uganda-focused knowledge, wider African history and culture, general knowledge, geography, science, sports and pop culture. New categories and question sets are added over time.
You raise virtual animals, feed and care for them, and collect from them on a schedule. Keeping an animal well-fed improves its condition; neglecting it carries risks. Farm activity earns its own XP and contributes to your Best Farmer leaderboard ranking.
Submit links to your videos on YouTube, TikTok, Dailymotion or Rumble. After an administrator approves them they appear in the Creator hub, where people can watch, like, save and follow you. You earn Creator XP and UGX from real views, and reward pool payouts go to your wallet. Vidio only links to and embeds your video. See How It Works for details.
Open your Dashboard to find your personal invite link and share it. A friend who signs up with your invite link or code, and you, each get a grown male and female chicken once that friend has 15 short videos or 5 long videos approved (either one is enough). When a friend joins through it and uploads videos in the Creator section, they qualify once those videos have 100 views from at least 15 different Vidio members (their own views and yours don't count). Each qualified friend earns you 100,000 Vidio Coins and 1,000 bonus views, delivered across your videos (old ones too) over the next 24 hours. Bigger rewards unlock as more friends qualify: a free animal at 3 friends, then 500,000 coins plus 24 hours of video impressions at 5, 1,000,000 coins plus 48 hours of video impressions and a grown male and female Cow at 10, and 2,000,000 coins plus 72 hours of video impressions, an Ambassador badge and a grown male and female Deer at 25. Even bigger prizes follow: a grown male and female Buffalo at 50 friends, Camel at 100 and Alpaca at 500. Impressions put one of your videos at the top of the Creator hub and first in “Up next” so more people see it; they never add fake views. Vidio Coins stay in-game and can't be withdrawn, and we can cancel rewards for fake or duplicate accounts.
Wrestling match results are recorded server-side. Wins and draws contribute XP toward your monetization progress, the same way correct quiz answers do.
Yes. Quiz answers, XP, farm state and wrestling results are recorded and verified server-side so leaderboards and rewards stay accurate and tamper-resistant. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.
Vidio is built with Ugandan users in mind, but the quiz, farm and leaderboard features are accessible to anyone who creates an account, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
